Role Summary
You will go out into the Lagos Island market (Marina) every day to meet traders. Your job is to tell them about the app, help them download it, and help them apply for a loan if they need one.
Key Responsibilities
1. Walk around the Lagos Island market (Marina) and talk to traders about the app and loan
2.Help traders download and install the app on their phone
3. Help traders fill in their loan application
4. Follow up with traders who showed interest but have not applied yet
5. Ask every trader you speak to a few quick survey questions, even if they do not apply
6. Check in on traders who already have a loan, and gently remind them when payment is coming up
7. Write down how many installs, loans, and surveys you did that day
8. Help fix small app problems traders have, and tell your manager about bigger ones
9. Stay friendly with traders so they trust you and tell other traders about you
At least an OND (Ordinary National Diploma)
Comfortable using a smartphone and apps
Have sold loans before, or can learn fast and pick up new skillsquickly
Live in or near the Lagos Island market (Marina)
Friendly and confident talking to people, especially traders
Good at finding new customers and following up with them
