We are seeking a highly driven Sales & Relationship Manager to grow our client base, strengthen existing relationships and identify new outsourcing and recruitment opportunities across the South-South and South-East regions.
Purpose of the Role
To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing key client relationships and increasing the company’s outsourcing and recruitment portfolio within Port Harcourt, Enugu and surrounding states.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify and secure new outsourcing and recruitment opportunities.
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies.
* Build relationships with decision-makers across target organisations.
* Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals and market research.
* Prepare compelling proposals, presentations and tender submissions.
* Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
* Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management
* Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients.
* Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships.
* Identify opportunities to expand existing contracts.
* Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence
* Monitor competitor activity.
* Identify emerging outsourcing opportunities within banking, oil & gas, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare and government sectors.
* Provide market intelligence reports to management.

Account Growth
* Increase revenue from existing clients.
* Cross-sell additional HR and outsourcing services.
* Develop account growth plans for strategic clients.

Tender & Proposal Management
* Coordinate responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
* Prepare pricing models.
* Support contract negotiations.
* Work closely with Operations to ensure successful mobilisation of new contracts.
* Create and Manage Payroll
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Monthly sales revenue achieved
* Number of new clients won
* Number of client meetings held
* Proposal conversion rate
* Client retention rate
* Growth of existing accounts
* Contract renewals
* Gross profit generated
* Customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, recruitment or outsourcing.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience
Experience selling services within one or more of the following sectors:
* Banking
* Oil & Gas
* Telecommunications
* Manufacturing
* FMCG
* Healthcare
* Government
* Insurance
Experience within a recruitment or outsourcing company would be a significant advantage.
