About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales & Conversion Specialist to drive customer acquisition, subscription upgrades, and referral growth. The successful candidate will engage prospects and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and other digital channels, converting free and starter-tier users into premium subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
-Contact and nurture leads through phone, WhatsApp, and digital sales channels.
-Convert free-tier and starter-tier users into premium and enterprise customers.
-Promote and sell high-value services including business registration, payroll solutions, compliance services, and tax filing packages.
-Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the customer base.
-Generate referrals from existing customers and business owners.
-Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
-Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
2–3 years' experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Success, Business Development, or Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience selling services, SaaS products, or subscription-based solutions is an advantage.
Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and digital communication platforms.

Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) Growth.
