Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, result-driven, and strategic Business Manager to oversee daily business operations, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and support overall business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage operations efficiently and contribute to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business growth strategies
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Manage daily business operations and ensure efficiency
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor sales performance and revenue generation
Prepare business reports, proposals, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve company goals
Supervise staff performance and operational processes
Ensure excellent customer service delivery
Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Manager, General manager or operational leadership.
Deep understanding of Telematics, IoT, Fleet management, Saas business model.
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Ability to work independently and meet targets
