Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated School Principal to oversee the academic and operational activities of our school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of education, fostering a positive learning environment, and leading the school staff to achieve the institution's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the school, including curriculum delivery, student supervision, and staff management.
Develop and implement educational programs and ensure the overall quality of teaching.
Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Collaborate with the school board, parents, and the community to support educational objectives.
Monitor student performance and implement strategies for academic improvement.
Supervise and evaluate school staff performance, providing coaching and professional development.
Prepare budgets, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with educational standards.
Handle administrative tasks such as admissions, enrollment, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in an administrative role.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for education and child development.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
