About the Role

ROLE

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, promote our products/services, and convert prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer
• Converting leads into customers
• Maintaining strong customer relationships
• Demonstrating consistent follow-up and sales activity

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND/Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 1-2 years' experience in tele sales, telemarketing or customer service
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, confident and self-motivated
• Good follow-up, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• knowledge or experience in real estate is an added advantage
• Must reside within or around Lekki/Ajah axis
