Job seekers can use RecruitNG completely free — create a profile, apply to jobs, use AI tools like Job Match, Cover Letter Generator, Skill Gap Analysis, and Mock Interview at no cost. Employers pay a subscription to post jobs and access premium hiring features.

We're built specifically for Nigeria's job market, with AI tools that understand local salary benchmarks, industry norms, and hiring patterns. Our AI-powered matching, CV scanner, and interview prep tools give both sides a significant edge over traditional job boards.

Click 'Sign Up' and select 'I'm looking for a job'. Fill in your basic details, upload your CV, and complete your profile sections — education, experience, and skills. A complete profile gets up to 3x more views from employers.

Browse jobs, click on one you like, and hit 'Apply Now'. You can apply with your existing profile or attach a tailored cover letter. Track all your applications from your candidate dashboard.

Yes. Click the bookmark icon on any job listing to save it. Access all your saved jobs from the 'Saved Jobs' section in your dashboard.

AI Job Match analyzes your skills, experience, and preferences against active job listings and scores each opportunity from 0–100%. It highlights your strengths for each role and explains any gaps, so you know exactly where to focus your application.

Go to AI Cover Letter in your dashboard, select a job you're applying for, and the AI drafts a tailored cover letter based on your profile and the job requirements. You can edit the output before using it.

Register or sign in as an employer, complete your company profile, choose a subscription plan, then click 'Post a Job'. Fill in the job details, requirements, and salary range. Your listing goes live immediately after submission.

Job listings are active for the duration of your subscription plan (14, 30, or 90 days). You can extend or repost anytime from your dashboard.

The AI CV Scanner screens candidate CVs against your job requirements and generates a detailed compatibility report — matched skills, identified gaps, experience fit, and a hire recommendation. It saves hours of manual shortlisting.

Yes. Use 'Browse CVs' in your dashboard to search candidates by skills, location, experience level, and education. You can view full profiles and download CVs of candidates who have opted to share their profiles with employers.

Each email can only be associated with one account type. If you need both, use separate email addresses for your candidate and employer accounts.

Go to Settings in your dashboard and scroll to the 'Delete Account' section. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all associated data within 30 days.

By default, only employers whose job listings you apply to can see your full contact details. If you opt in to 'Open to Headhunting' in your profile settings, verified employers browsing CVs can also view your profile.

On the login page, click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Yes. All AI tools for job seekers — Job Match, Cover Letter Generator, Skill Gap Analysis, and AI Mock Interview — are completely free as part of your candidate account.

The Skill Gap tool compares your listed skills and experience against the specific requirements of a job posting. Accuracy depends on how complete your profile is and how detailed the job description is. Keep your skills and experience up to date for the best results.

AI Mock Interview generates a set of tailored interview questions based on a specific job you're targeting — technical, behavioral, situational, and motivational questions. You answer each one, and the AI evaluates your response with a score and detailed feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.

We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and major Nigerian payment processors including Paystack and Flutterwave.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The remaining value of your current plan is prorated and applied to the upgrade cost.

We offer a refund within 48 hours of purchase if no job posts have been made on the plan. After that, or after posting, plans are non-refundable. Contact support if you have an issue.
