We’re looking for a builder, not a maintainer — an HR professional who can build systems, shape culture and establish strong HR structures in a growing startup.
The ideal candidate:
• 4+ years’ HR experience, preferably in a startup/creative environment
• Strong HR Generalist experience
• Proven ability to build HR processes and systems from the ground up
• Hands-on, creative and solution-driven
• Experience in the creative, hospitality, retail or culture space is an advantage
