About the Role
Role Purpose
The Project & Delivery Manager is responsible for the effective coordination and delivery of Wattana's client work across Account Management and Creative Production.
The role serves as the central delivery control point, ensuring that client requirements are properly translated into actionable work plans, responsibilities are clearly assigned, timelines are realistic and monitored, resources are appropriately coordinated, quality standards are maintained, and delivery risks are identified and escalated early.
The role is responsible for how work moves through the business, while Account Managers remain responsible for client relationships and the Creative Content Producer remains responsible for creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project & Delivery Management
- Maintain oversight of all active client accounts, projects, campaigns and deliverables.
- Establish delivery timelines, milestones, dependencies and ownership for assigned work.
- Maintain a central project and delivery tracker.
- Monitor progress and proactively identify delays, bottlenecks and competing priorities.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and ensure agreed priorities are maintained.
- Ensure work progresses through the appropriate briefing, production, review, approval and delivery stages.
- Ensure client commitments are achievable within available resources and agreed timelines.
B. Account & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate workflow between Account Managers and Creative Production.
- Ensure Account Managers provide complete and actionable briefs before work commences.
- Ensure Creative has the required information, assets and timelines to execute assignments.
- Coordinate feedback, revisions and approvals across relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve routine delivery conflicts and escalate material issues to the CEO.
- Ensure changes to scope, deadlines or deliverables are appropriately documented.
C. Capacity & Resource Management
- Monitor workload and capacity across Account Management and Creative.
- Identify resource constraints and potential delivery risks.
- Recommend prioritisation, redistribution or additional resources where necessary.
- Maintain visibility of upcoming workload and anticipated resource requirements.
- Coordinate the use of external/freelance resources where approved.
D. Quality & Delivery Control
- Establish appropriate internal quality checkpoints before client delivery.
- Monitor recurring errors, missed deadlines and avoidable rework.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented where delivery issues occur.
- Track client-impacting delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Promote consistent delivery standards across the team.
E. Process & Workflow Management
- Develop and maintain practical project and delivery workflows.
- Standardize briefing, task allocation, approvals, escalation and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain relevant SOPs, templates and trackers.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure agreed processes are consistently followed.
F. Team Coordination & Accountability
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery activities of Account Management and Creative.
- Set clear expectations around timelines, ownership and deliverables.
- Conduct regular delivery check-ins.
- Monitor adherence to agreed responsibilities and deadlines.
- Provide documented performance observations to the CEO where required.
G. Reporting & Escalation
- Provide the CEO with concise updates on project status, workload, risks and outstanding matters.
- Escalate significant client, resource, quality or delivery risks promptly.
- Maintain accurate project records and management information.

Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in project management, agency delivery, account/project coordination, digital marketing or a similar environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Experience within a digital marketing, creative, media or professional services environment is advantageous.
Technical Requirements
Required:
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets capability for trackers, reporting and basic analysis.
- Experience using project/task management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello or equivalent.
- Competence with virtual collaboration tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or equivalent.
Desirable:
- CRM experience.
- Experience with digital marketing campaign management platforms.
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and digital content platforms.
